Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Snug Thread at snugthread.shop. Please read them before ordering. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Ordering. When you place an order you'll get an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If so, we'll tell you and won't charge you.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Products. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on screen. Our hooded blankets are one size with an oversized fit; please check the size information on each product page.

4. Offers and discounts. The Family Bundle saving and free delivery over £40 are applied automatically at checkout when the conditions are met. We may change or end offers at any time; this won't affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery. See our Shipping policy. The goods become your responsibility once delivered.

6. Cancellations and returns. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. See our Refund policy for how this works and what to do if an item is faulty.

7. Our responsibility to you. We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our products are for personal, household use.

8. Complaints and law. If you have a problem, email us and we'll do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
